1:1 Video call Discuss your goals and targets for your training plan. Wether it be swim, bike or run. Explore your previous training history, and hours available to train per week. During the call we discuss how to warm up effectively, how to taper before an important race, pre training mobility exercises. Finally looking at race day nutrition. After the call is completed you will receive your bespoke training plan within 48hours, this will be delivered to you via an app called Training Peaks. Looking forward to hearing from you.
